PROPERTY SEARCH & VIEWINGS

You tell me your budget, preferred areas and requirements. I search for suitable properties, contact agents and sellers, and arrange your viewing schedule in Madrid.

I carry out the legal due diligence on the property and coordinate the practical requirements for the purchase, including your NIE and banking arrangements in Spain

LEGAL CHECKS & SET-UP

RESERVATION & PURCHASE

I review and negotiate the reservation and deposit agreements and coordinate the transaction with the seller, estate agent, bank and Notary.

COMPLETION & REGISTRATION

Iassist you through completion at the Notary and take care of the post-purchase formalities, including taxes and registration of the property in your name
